Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join an enterprise SAP HCM and S/4HANA payroll migration project with a specific focus on the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Strong hands-on SAP HCM Payroll and PA customizing experience, ideally with dedicated Dutch Payroll expertise.

- Expert configuration capabilities across payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and core payroll logic.

- Proven experience in SAP-to-SAP HCM/Payroll migrations, including complex data mapping and historical payroll data handling.

- Hands-on involvement in payroll testing, reconciliation, parallel runs, and cutover execution. xqbhyrx

- Practical familiarity working within SAP S/4HANA and H4S4 environments.
