Yugo is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations across our student housing properties in Llanera. You will supervise the maintenance team, coordinate work orders, inspect units and common areas, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager, you will balance service quality with cost control, oversee vendor relationships, and drive ongoing improvements to keep residences clean, safe, and welcoming for residents.
