Hard Skills / Must Have: 5+ years of production backend engineering experience and complex product development.Strong Go expertise: concurrency, synchronization, context propagation, goroutine lifecycle management, and graceful shutdown.Experience with high-load distributed systems and microservice architecture.Strong SQL and data modelling: schema design, joins, indexes, query analysis, replication, partitioning, and sharding.Experience with My SQL or Postgre SQL and Redis caching strategies.Sync/async inter-service communication using g RPC and message brokers, including delivery guarantees and idempotency.Observability: metrics, logging, tracing, alerting, and Go profiling.Understanding of NFRs, SLA/SLO/SLI, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.Maintainable, testable code;
