A leading renewable energy company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction and delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects across Europe. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex infrastructure projects, coordinate international stakeholders, and contribute directly to the energy transition within a fast-growing and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the construction phase of renewable energy projects from notice to proceed through commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE performance.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and ensure timely resolution of technical and commercial issues.
- Manage project reporting and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations, and company standards.




- Support commissioning activities and final project acceptance.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Previous experience in the renewable energy sector (solar, wind, BESS, or similar).
- Strong understanding of engineering, construction, and project delivery processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- Based in Poland and available to travel to project sites as required.
- Experience working on behalf of an Owner, Developer, or Independent Power Producer (IPP) is considered a strong advantage.
