About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to support a major greenfield ServiceNow implementation for a telecommunications organisation specialising in maritime connectivity.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and establishing the ServiceNow platform from the ground up, ensuring a scalable architecture that supports service management, automation and complex business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture and technical design of a greenfield ServiceNow implementation.

- Design and implement CMDB and CSDM frameworks to establish a robust service data foundation.

- Develop and optimise Service Management processes and workflows.

- Drive automation across the ServiceNow platform to improve operational efficiency.

- Support the design and integration of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) capabilities.

- Define platform architecture standards, governance and integration strategies.





- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

- Ensure the platform supports the operational requirements of a telecommunications and maritime connectivity environment.

Required Skills & Experience

- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect, Technical Architect or Solution Architect .

- Proven experience delivering greenfield ServiceNow implementations.

- Strong expertise in CMDB, CSDM and Service Management .

- Experience designing workflow automation and enterprise integrations.

- Knowledge of CPQ processes and their integration with ServiceNow.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform governance and best practices.

- Experience working in telecommunications or complex service-based environments is highly desirable.

- Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

Desirable

- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA).

- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM.

- Exposure to telecommunications service operations, order management or maritime connectivity.
