Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist to support the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and the DS1 platform across EMEA. You will troubleshoot, guide healthcare professionals, and coordinate with field engineers while managing documentation and escalation processes.

Idóneo candidates will have an engineering or medical degree with strong robotics experience, excellent communication in multiple languages, and the ability to work remotely with limited onsite travel.
