Experteer Overview In this role you drive electrical design, development and qualification of solid-state protection and control components and systems.

You'll lead technical excellence, mentor teammates, and collaborate across the business to leverage Littelfuse's protection heritage.

You'll design for AC/DC protection, assess suppliers, and support production ramp-up while shaping future smart protection solutions.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role with meaningful impact on safety, reliability, and performance of electrical systems.

Compensaciones / Incentivos • Develop and qualify electrical designs for solid-state control and protection components and systems • Lead testing of AC (single and three phase) and DC protection systems • Mentor and establish technical excellence within the development team • Evaluate suppliers and manage components/processes for performance,



reliability and cost targets • Prepare design documentation and support production processes to meet targets • Develop and execute protection system component and system qualification plans • Provide regular project updates as part of project planning and execution Responsabilidades • 15+ years of hands-on experience designing analog and digital circuits including microcontrollers, microprocessors and mixed-signal design • Expert knowledge of current sensing technologies and practical implementation for protection and metering • Experience with embedded firmware or programmable logic • Knowledge of power electronics topologies and design considerations • Familiarity with component placement and circuit card stack-up design • Knowledge of EMC and product safety compliance processes • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to manage ambiguity • Willingness to travel as required for supplier evaluation and ramp-up support Requisitos principales • competitive compensation and benefits • performance-based incentives • flexible work arrangements • development opportunities
