"We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our Madrid office. In this role, you will manage customer cases across administrative, financial, and basic technical topics, ensuring a smooth and high-quality customer experience throughout the journey.
Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, financing, and general service requests
- Support customers with financial questions (invoices, payments, financing)
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Technical Service, Customer Engagement)
- Provide first-level remote troubleshooting for basic technical issues
- Identify improvement opportunities in customer processes and experience
Fluent in German and good level of English
- Experience in customer service, support, or similar roles
- Hybrid work model
- Up to 4 weeks of remote work per year
