Experteer Overview Join Seqera as a Fullstack Software Engineer on the Platform team to help scale the Seqera Platform, enabling scientists to run Nextflow pipelines on cloud and HPC.

You will own end-to-end features across API, data modeling, cloud integrations and frontend, using Java/Groovy with Micronaut and Angular.

Expect a mix of backend design, UI work, testing, and CI/CD in a small, cross-functional team.

You'll shape architecture decisions and deliver high-impact improvements in a fast-growing startup.

Compensaciones / Ventajas • Design and implement REST APIs and downstream services using Groovy, Java and Micronaut for scalability, security, and performance • Implement UI components in Angular that interact with the Seqera Platform API • Write high-quality, maintainable code with unit tests, source control, CI,
