About the roleWe're looking for an experienced AI Technical Lead to guide our development teams in effectively integrating AI into our software lifecycle.

You will define best practices, toolchains, and secure deployment strategies while ensuring alignment between business goals, technical implementation, and AI governance.Design and enforce secure AI workflows, including data privacy, model governance, and risk mitigation.Collaborate with Product, IT, Security, and Business stakeholders to align priorities and deliverables.Establish documentation, training materials, and internal frameworks to support AI adoption.Requierements 7+ years of experience in software development, IT strategy, or technical leadership.Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross functional teams.Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Nice to have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML stacks.
