You will lead Driiveme's commercial growth in Italy in the automotive world: new clients, framework

You will bring your network in the sector and make Driiveme the go-to partner for anyone

Open and close accounts and framework agreements with decision makers at groups, networks and national operators.

Build partnerships and channels (dealer networks, brokers, remarketing platforms, rental companies) that generate recurring volumes.

Own pricing, terms and margin by client and by route, reading the P&L; to decide where to grow.

Build and lead the sales team.

Introduce CRM, data, automation and AI tools into the sales process: lead qualification, quoting, follow-up, pipeline forecasting. Work hand in hand with the operations department, so that every new contract can be delivered with quality and without overloading the organisation.





At least [8–10] years of B2B sales in automotive or mobility (carmakers, captive finance, rental, dealer groups, remarketing, vehicle logistics), with direct responsibility for targets and P&L.;

An active network of relationships with decision makers in the sector, which you know how to turn into contracts.

Experience building or restructuring a sales team and sales processes.

A data- and automation-minded approach: you have already introduced or led the adoption of advanced CRMs, automated workflows or AI tools in sales, or you know how to do so together with developers, defining what to automate and measuring the effect.

Native Italian; Spanish or English is useful for working with the parent company.

Permanent, full-time contract, with variable pay tied to new clients, volumes and margin.
