In this strategic role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that directly support business decisions, with a strong focus on acquisition

You'll be the bridge between data and decision-making, ensuring our strategies are evidence-based and customer-focused.

, Autonomously design and lead A/B tests focused on

Develop and maintain data models using dbt (incremental models, snapshots, documentation, generic tests, macros)

Apply data modeling techniques (star/snowflake schema, data-marts, SCDs) and optimize BigQuery queries using clustering/partitioning for performance and cost efficiency

Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders and mentor junior analysts to promote excellence.

? in a data analyst role, preferably in a SaaS or Growth environment.





Proven experience in funnel analysis and optimization

, Strong A/B testing expertise

with proven ability to design complex experiments, running multi-testing and analyze statistical significance.

Strong business acumen and project management skills

, with ability to connect analysis to objectives, define scope, and execute autonomously.

Expert-level SQL

proficiency including window functions, query optimization, and experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses.

with ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.

Proficiency in data visualization tools

(Looker, Power BI, Metabase, or similar) with strong understanding of visualization best practices
