In this role, you will work at the intersection ofAI, engineering, and business operations,partnering directly with teams across the company toidentifyinefficiencies, rapidly prototypesolutions, and deploy scalable AI tools that drive measurable impact. Create reusable frameworks and platformsto accelerate future AI deployments acrossthe organization
7–10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or applied AI
Ability to work across the stack (APIs, data pipelines, front-end interfaces when needed)
Familiarity withenterprise systems(ERP, CRM, workflow tools)
Experience acrossAzure AI, Microsoft Copilot, and the broaderMicrosoft ecosystem
Experience inforward-deployed, solutions engineering, or consulting-style roles
Background inprocess optimization, automation, or digital transformationinitiatives c

Build with the latest AI technologies and shape how they are appliedinternally
Drive projects end-to-end and see immediate adoption of your work
Acting as atrusted technical partnerto both engineering and business stakeholders
