About the positionIn our Customer Center, we communicate with our customers via phone, chat, email and social media.

As Travel Advisor your daily mission is to inspire our customers to book trips as well as be helpful with additional sales and making changes before departure.

We provide our customers with a professional and personalized service.We have a strong digital focus and work with several systems.At our Customer Center in Gran Canaria, you will be part of a dedicated team of Travel Advisors from different Nordic nationalities and with language skills.

Our office is at our beautiful hotel Sunprime Atlantic View that you will share with our colleagues in the Overseas organization (guides, fitness instructors, children host etc.).

Norwegian, Danish, Swedish or Finnish* both verbally and writtenGood computer skills and used to working with multiple systemsWork experience in customer service, sales, service or similar Preferred: Proficient in English, both verbally and writtenA second scandinavian language (*if you speak Finnish you also have to speak Swedish)These qualifications are good to have,
