Model unit economics, margins, and commercial scenarios for new and existing partners.

Controlling & Auditing

Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure the company is audit-ready.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and key financial KPIs on an ongoing basis.

Own, maintain, and continuously update the company's business plan and financial model.

Run forecasting cycles,
