As an HR Specialist in the Employer of Record (EOR) industry, you'll be a key business partner to our clients, not just a service provider. You'll sit at the intersection of global expansion and workforce management- advising clients on complex HR matters across Southern Europe who speaks fluent Spanish. You'll own the full employee lifecycle, act as their trusted in-country HR expert, and ensure smooth operations, compliance, and growth.
Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience.
Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
International HR & Consultation:
Stay ahead of labor laws and cultural nuances in Southern Europe to provide actionable guidance.
Employment Law & Contract Advisory:
Performance & Compensation Support
: Guide clients through Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and ensure timely salary changes.




Act as SPOC for employees' immigration/mobility needs in collaboration with the Global Mobility team.
Digital Transformation & Process Optimization:
Drive automation and AI adoption to streamline HR processes.
Compliance projects:
driving and lead compliance governance projects across South Europe markets.
General Initiatives & Continuous Improvement:
Lead efforts to standardize and improve HR practices globally.
3+ years of HR experience
fluent Spanish and English
- Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools like Zoom & Slack.
Our ranges are established using objective market benchmarking data for this level of work. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:
Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
