Our partner is looking for a Technical Lead (DeFi) based in Spain. This fully remote leadership opportunity is idóneo for an experienced software engineer passionate about blockchain technology and decentralized finance. You will lead a team of software engineers and a Technical Product Manager while helping shape innovative DeFi infrastructure. You will work on high-performance MEV services and Ethereum mempool transaction workflows. Candidates based in Germany and other eligible locations across Europe or the UK can work remotely. Accountabilities - Lead, mentor, and support a team of software engineers and a Technical Product Manager. - Contribute hands-on code to the Blockchain Distribution Network (BDN) and related services.



- Ensure backend systems deliver high performance, scalability, and reliability. - Promote strong engineering practices, including code quality, automated testing, and continuous improvement. 5+ years of experience designing, building, testing, and deploying scalable distributed backend systems. - 3+ years of professional experience in blockchain engineering. - Deep proficiency in Go (Golang) for backend development. - Fully remote work environment. - Collaboration with a highly skilled business and engineering team.
