Women. Education. Technology. As an international tech school for women, trans and nonbinary (women+), we exist to provide the safe space, training, and resources needed to support, and equip our students with the skills they need to thrive in the tech industry.

We've got support from Spain's largest impact VC, 23 pretty amazing business angels, a growing general community of students and graduates, and the Bardigang (bucket list goal).

This is a hybrid role—bridging together people, administration and operational management. Implementing, managing and justifying training future and existing public programmes with government partners, including due diligence, monitoring of contractual agreements, and reporting.

Maintaining the standards of the ISO: **** quality system





Collaborating with our marketing team to develop various outreach strategies to build CodeOp brand awareness and promote synergies locally and nationally

Reapplying to previous calls that we have been awarded and regularly scanning calls for other training opportunities that align with CodeOp's growth plans

Have excellent communication skills in English, Spanish and Catalan.

Have experience managing public grants in the education sector in Spain, particularly with the Servei d'Ocupacio de Catalunya or the Consorci per la Formació Continua de Catalunya.

Experience managing ISO: **** quality standards
