Global Learning & Development Programs Lead
We're looking for a Global L&D; Programs Lead to build and scale leadership capabilities across the organization. This role is about shaping how leaders think, decide, and show up—from first-time managers to senior global leaders.
Build Leadership Journeys (Not One-Off Trainings)
Design and scale global leadership development experiences across levels:
Senior and executive leadership




Balance global strategy with local market needs
Work directly with senior HR and business leaders across commercial, medical, and corporate functions
Move beyond classroom training to scalable, high-impact formats:
Digital and on-demand leadership tools
Partner with Talent & HRBPs to integrate learning into performance, talent, and succession processes
Track impact on engagement, performance, and talent progression
Strong experience in Learning & Development, with strong focus on
Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive populations
