Drive team performance through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture aligned with Amaris values.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Partner with HR and recruitment teams to manage end-to-end selection processes.
Conduct interviews and technical assessments for senior consultant roles.
Collaborate with recruitment, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Coordinate resource allocation across multiple client projects.
Participate in strategic planning for account growth and team expansion.
Experience in IT consulting,



team management, or client-facing roles.
Bachelor or Master's degree.
Spanish and English fluent.
You demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
