This fully remote position requires knowledge of HACCP principles and international food safety standards to advise clients, conduct virtual audits, and implement robust food safety systems from Spain.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert remote consulting on food hygiene, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.Develop and implement HACCP plans and other food safety systems.Conduct virtual audits and assessments to identify non-compliance or risk.Assist clients with corrective action plans and training programs.Stay updated on evolving food safety legislation and industry trends.Prepare reports and recommendations for clients.Maintain client relationships and contribute to new service development.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's in Food Science, Microbiology, Public Health, or related field.5-7 years of experience in food safety, QA, or regulatory compliance.Proven HACCP, ISO ***** knowledge; experience conducting audits.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and remote work.Spanish language required; English is a plus.Ability to work independently in a remote setting.BenefitsRemote contractor role with competitive remuneration ************* EUR depending on experience).
