strategy and digital adoption, Enterprise Capabilities (EC) is AECOM's primary vehicle for workshare. Operating across geographic boundaries and time-zones, EC partners with regional and Global Business Line project teams to provide technical expertise, accelerate delivery and keep AECOM competitive in the industry.

With a team of over **** technical professionals located across nine countries and remote technical anchors, EC teams are trusted to deliver high-quality, specialist services that help to fill capability gaps, resourcing needs and technical constraints on projects of all scopes and sizes.

The team provides assessment, concept, feasibility, preliminary and detailed designs on a wide range of Projects, either as standalone bridge commissions or as part of multidisciplinary major projects. Our internal clients work for private and public sector and include long term Framework Agreements with numerous Local Authorities together with Design and Build commissions for many major Contractors. Our group has an established track record of successfully delivering bridge engineering design for many years,



throughout USA, Australia, Canada or Middle East. You may have the opportunity to work on some of the most iconic Transportation projects, being part of a diverse and multicultural team for the Europe Global Delivery Center (Poland/Spain).

Undertakes non-routine, medium complex projects supported by EC

Coordinates and leads small design teams focused on structural design for a specific project

Conducts noncomplex value engineering evaluations, determining alternative designs, materials, construction techniques

Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings, including participation in interdisciplinary reviews

Ensures that project technical goals/milestones/ budgets are met

Prepares complex project deliverables using a team of junior technical and support staff, providing supervision to and mentoring less experienced staff.

Proven track record of working on bridges and/or structures designs with some experience working with international and multi-cultural teams (+5 years)

Proficiency in engineering software for bridge and structures (preferable Midas Civil, but others as CSiBridge, SAP****, etc. Fluent in English (oral and written)





Master degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
