Business Development Manager RESPONSIBLE TO: Country Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow, building strategic partnerships, driving revenue generation for the company and identifying new opportunities to increase sales. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities across Europe including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships or establish new ways of reaching out to existing and new markets.
Analyse data to understand customer needs, industry trends and competitive
Identify potential markets, industries and segments for business
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and
Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives with market
Regular communication with prospects, set up and lead new business meetings with current and prospective portfolio.




Understand client needs and preferences to be able to communicate to the business so appropriate solutions can be explored to meet these requirements.
Build a healthy pipeline of new business
Be responsible for a new business target
Previous experience in new business
Solid new business experience
Experience in CRM
A versátil approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
In addition to the responsibilities listed above the post holder may be required to perform other duties assigned by the Senior Management Team from time-to-time. Subject to adequate experience and/or training.
To participate in the annual performance appraisal process and objective
