We run daily standups, weekly planning and frequent retros and feedback sessions.

TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, Mongo, Google Cloud Run / Kubernetes, BigQuery, Pub/Sub. We build with coding agents as part of everyday work. You build with coding agents in your day-to-day work and can explain how: what you hand to the agent, what you keep, and how you check the output.

Tests come first, you review by risk, and you catch output that looks right but isn't. When something slips through, you fix the spec, tests or rules so it's caught next time.

Experience building distributed, high availability, high throughput systems that keep data consistent.

You're proud of the code you ship and leave it better than you found it, whoever wrote the first draft.

Tests are integral to how you build, and you use them to drive design.

You're comfortable from client side to server side, with a lean towards back end.

You love shipping and seeing how it performs in production: delivery pipelines, A/B testing and monitoring.

You've thought about building for agentic clients,



such as MCP servers and APIs.

You have an entrepreneurial streak, with some great examples of how you saw an opportunity and made it happen.

This sounds simple but it requires a lot of investment in the right company culture. We are working on a highly scaled platform that hotels use to build direct relationships with their customers and cut out middlemen. Our software operates on around 10k hotels and collects ~30M guest events a day, and growing. We engage with our customers to validate assumptions and test new features. Beyond tools like FullStory, Intercom and Analytics that help us learn about users, each squad has friends in CS and Sales, and even hoteliers themselves, to help build that knowledge. Hotel visits and travel research budgets are also a big plus.

Outside of hiring, we work hard to foster psychological safety. We use Notion to bring efficient transparency and create a home for everything we do. Initiatives like Discovery Days, Field Trips and Coding Dojos bring new people together and create more learning and development opportunities.
