We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Social Media & Marketing Assistant to support the company's marketing operations.

In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to keep social media activities running smoothly, including scheduling and publishing content, editing short-form videos, writing captions, and managing content calendars and deadlines.

The adecuado candidate is proactive, creative, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure content is delivered consistently across different platforms.

Consistent Publishing

Content is posted on schedule across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

The content calendar and shared task board are kept up to date daily.

Content Support

Short clips, captions, and Canva graphics are delivered on time and aligned with the company's brand.





Legal questions and potential client inquiries received through comments and messages are routed to the appropriate team members and are never answered directly.

Publishing & Scheduling

Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Monitor comments and messages, routing legal questions and potential client inquiries to the appropriate team members rather than responding directly.

Content Calendar & Deadlines

Keep the content calendar and shared task board up to date.

Track deadlines for every piece of content and flag potential delays early.Keep the Marketing Manager informed about scheduled content, overdue tasks, and items awaiting review.

Content Creation Support

Edit short-form video clips for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, including adding captions.

Create quick graphics in Canva using established brand templates.

Use AI tools to streamline captioning, resizing, and content repurposing.

Submit any content involving legal matters for attorney review before publication.

Assist with ad creative and basic tasks related to Meta and Google Ads campaigns as needed.

Hands-on experience publishing and scheduling social media content for a brand, business, or agency.

Basic short-form video editing skills, including adding captions.

Strong written and spoken English skills for captions, emails, and scripts.

Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day content workflows.

Basic familiarity with Meta Ads or Google Ads.

Experience supporting a law firm or professional services brand.
