Product Owner – Job Description
We are looking for a new Product Owner in SCRM in Barcelona. We are an innovation hub with around 500 teammates, divided in Tribes/Domains and those in Squads. The Store Experience & Product Discovery domain is requiring a new PO for leading a multidisciplinary team of 8-12 members in collaboration with the Squad Tech lead (Dev lead).
Lead a team as the Product Owner (Scrum).
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
Work comfortable with other teams outside the hub without an agile methodology.
Lead the planning product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
Providing vision, road-map, growth opportunities and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project.
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
Previous working experience as a Product Owner for 7 years.
Extra Points
Jira, Confluence or other Agile tools.
Delivery of international projects in English or German.
Experience in working in Agile Methodologies / Squads organization (Spotify Model).
