We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven professional to join our Account Management Team at Perk. As a Junior Account Manager (Long Tail), you will actively contribute to customer satisfaction while driving growth and margin within existing accounts.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of long-tail accounts across the Spanish Market.

Own and manage a portfolio of long-tail customers in the Spanish Market.

Use data analytics to provide clients with business reviews, reports, and presentations to senior stakeholders.





Act as a key liaison between internal Perk teams and the Account Management team to ensure smooth product roll-outs.

Native Spanish Speaker and fluent in English (spoken and written).

Previous account management or customer-success role experience.

Strong prioritisation and time management skills.

Ability to analyse data and translate insights for your clients.
