Identify and assess customers’ needs, handling consultations, after-sales requests, and general enquiries.

Manage customer communications through email and chat, providing accurate and complete information.

Build strong customer relationships through empathy, clear communication, and a customer-first approach.

Manage the CRM system,



keeping customer interactions, accounts, files, and databases up to date.

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Administration, and other departments to support customer processes and operations.

Have a proficient or bilingual level of Spanish and advanced level of English

Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or a similar role is valuable.

Customer-focused and detail-oriented, with a genuine commitment to providing high-quality service.

Previous experience with Zendesk is a plus.

Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract

Monday to Sunday from 09.00 to 18:00
