Continuous Improvement Manager (Data Analytics)

We are looking for a highly analytical, technically skilled and self-driven professional to lead data analytics, automation and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

This is a hands-on Manager role combining strong technical capabilities, business acumen and end-to-end ownership.

The successful candidate will use data, automation, AI and market intelligence to develop scalable solutions, support decision-making and deliver measurable business impact.

Data Analytics: Lead complex analyses, identify trends and opportunities, and translate data into actionable business recommendations.

Analyze external market information, including hotel, airline, travel and broader market data, to identify trends, benchmark performance and support commercial decisions.

AI & Innovation: Develop and apply AI-enabled solutions, including LLMs, AI agents and intelligent workflows, to enhance analytics, automation and business processes.

Automation & Technical Solutions: Lead the development of scalable solutions using Python and other automation technologies to streamline processes and enhance analytical capabilities.

Business Intelligence: Develop dashboards,



analytical tools and performance reporting to support effective decision-making.

Data Quality & Governance: Develop validation, reconciliation and governance processes to support accurate, consistent and reliable information.

Commercial & Operational Analytics : Support performance monitoring, sourcing intelligence, savings validation and other commercial and operational analyses.

End-to-End Ownership: Lead initiatives from problem definition through development, implementation and performance measurement.

Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with cross-functional teams and communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Strong experience with Power BI, including data modelling, dashboard development, visualization and business intelligence solutions.

Advanced Excel and Power Query skills for data analysis, modelling, transformation and automation.

Good working knowledge of Python, with the ability to use it for data analysis, automation and solution development.

Practical experience with AI and LLM technologies, including their application to analytics, automation, information extraction and business workflows.

Strong data management capabilities, including data validation, reconciliation and integration across multiple sources and systems.

Ability to translate business requirements into analytical and technical solutions and independently lead initiatives from concept through delivery.

Strong business acumen,



problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with CRM such as Salesforce and enterprise business systems.

Experience with databases, data querying or data integration.

A highly analytical, technically capable and independent professional who enjoys solving complex business problems and building practical solutions.

A combination of strong analytical and automation capabilities with commercial awareness, taking ownership from concept through delivery and proactively using data, market intelligence, AI and technology to drive better decisions and measurable business value.

The performance of additional responsibilities if you are designated as a Data Protection Champion (DPC), Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) or Information Assurance Accounting Officer (IAAO).

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
