Overview

Join Veeva’s European Corporate Events team to plan and execute large-scale conferences and internal kickoffs. You’ll own end-to-end event execution, manage cross-functional workstreams, and help optimize budgets and vendor relationships. This role blends hands-on logistics with strategic collaboration across sales, marketing, and operations in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You’ll contribute to world-class events that connect customers, partners, and teams, shaping Veeva’s impact in life sciences. Responsabilidades

- Plan and execute major customer conferences and internal field kickoff across Europe
- Manage event workstreams end-to-end (venue, catering, registration, receptions, meetings)
- Ensure high-quality delivery of all event components and materials
- Evaluate and manage third-party vendors and agencies with senior team members
- Drive cross-functional workstreams independently,



maintaining timelines and stakeholder alignment
- Review vendor contracts and draft edits with senior team and legal
- Oversee budgets, procurement, and invoice reconciliation including YoY cost-per-head analysis
- Maintain planning artifacts (spreadsheets, forms, project plans, presentations) for events

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years in mid- to large-scale corporate event logistics and production
- Experience managing event programs from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Strong project and time management skills
- Experience managing event budgets
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
