As a Sales Engineer based in Madrid, you will drive the Industrial Filtration business across Central Spain with autonomy and strong technical backing. You’ll manage opportunities from lead to installation, nurture existing customers, and expand into new sectors. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to tailor filtration solutions that keep industrial environments clean and safe. This role offers significant impact through revenue growth, customer partnerships, and the adoption of innovative filtration technologies.

Responsabilidades
- Grow sales of dust and fume filtration solutions across Central Spain within defined provinces
- Drive revenue in line with Donaldson's commercial strategy
- Maintain and develop existing customer relationships while pursuing new opportunities
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering, Technical Support, and subcontractors
- Manage projects from sales through installation and commissioning




- Track opportunities and activities in CRM for reliable forecasting
- Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights
- Promote Donaldson’s products and brand in the industrial market
- Support expansion into new industries and market segments

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering (or related technical field); preferred power engineering/energy related
- Commercial experience in the industrial sector, preferably with process equipment or solutions
- Minimum 2 years of direct B2B sales in an industrial environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
