In this global, individual-contributor role, you shape scientific training and ensure excellence across the ONE MEDICAL community. You will lead learning content, governance, and measurement for external medical education and congress activities, partnering with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams. The role focuses on building scalable training strategies, evaluating impact, and enabling compliant scientific exchange. You will work in a matrix general environment from Barcelona, advancing a mission-driven medical education agenda.

Responsabilidades
- Lead global scientific training strategy and create compliant learning content aligned with priorities
- Assess capability needs and drive the MedSkills and MSL capability roadmap with Field Medical Excellence
- Oversee training platforms, standards, rollout, and performance to affiliates




- Develop and improve the Medical Excellence governance framework for external medical education
- Coordinate congress excellence processes, governance, and readiness reviews
- Partner with Medical Leads, Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, Compliance/Legal, PV and Product Quality to ensure clear ownership and escalation
- Define and track indicators for training effectiveness, outcomes, and continuous improvement

Requisitos principales
- University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine or related field; advanced qualification advantageous
- At least 4 years of experience in Medical Affairs, scientific training, medical education, or medical congress planning in regulated healthcare
- Proficient in scientific literature appraisal, translation of evidence into learning content, and learning platforms
