About the Role
As an Operations Customer Expert, you'll be the first point of contact for customers of a leading medical device company,



helping them with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Your

responsibilities:
* Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat.
* Assist with account management and billing-related inquiries.
* Help customers troubleshoot technical issues.
* Provide accurate information about products and services.
* Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards. Requirements
* Fluent in Spanish (Castilian).
* Good command of English (B2 level or above).
* Comfortable using technology and digital platforms.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
