HybridEmployment Type:Full-timeAbout the Role:We are hiring a German-speaking EMEA Renewals Representative specializing in Cloud Security. You will oversee license renewals and security suite expansions across EMEA accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute cloud security license renewal strategies for DACH/EMEA clients.
Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to prevent churn and drive upsell.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and multi-year renewals.
Track renewal pipelines and forecast metrics accurately.
Requirements:
Fluency in German and English.
Experience in software renewals, contract management, or SaaS sales.
Knowledge of cybersecurity or cloud platform licensing models.
Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
