At Eraneos, you’ll help Life Science clients turn data, AI and digital transformation into practical solutions across R&D;, Commercial and Medical Affairs. What you’ll do Design and deliver Data & AI use cases, from identifying opportunities and building business cases to GxP-compliant implementation. Advise clients on digital and process transformation, including the selection and adoption of platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce and Medidata. Help organizations adopt product-centric operating models and AI-first ways of working. Lead workstreams or projects with multidisciplinary teams. Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and contribute to proposals and long-term account growth. What you bring At least 3 years of Life Science consulting experience for the Consultant role, or 5 years for the Senior Consultant role, plus a strong industry network and a track record of delivering client projects.



Experience designing and implementing Data & AI use cases in Life Science, with an understanding of regulatory and GxP requirements. Knowledge of R&D; and/or Commercial and Medical Affairs processes and systems. Experience with organizational transformation and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders. Experience with leading Life Science platforms, pharma, biotech or MedTech operations, data governance, or agile and AI adoption programs is an advantage.
