Monzo is seeking a Data Director to join its Growth and Marketing Collective. You’ll lead a diverse data team to enable data-driven growth investments, set general marketing and product growth direction, and balance markets and customer segments.
You'll work closely with senior leaders to translate complex business challenges into actionable data solutions, build data products and insights, and influence strategic decisions.
