Key Responsibilities
Lead the on-site startup and commissioning of cooling equipment.
Work with various water, air, and liquid systems, as well as CRAC/CRAH units.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in cooling systems.
Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure installation quality and reliability.




RequirementsDegree or technical background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning or maintenance of HVAC/cooling equipment.
B2+/C1 English proficiency for technical communication.
EU passport (frequent international travel required).

What We Offer
Freelance contract with an hourly rate of up to €50/hour.
Long-term project (minimum 1 year) starting ASAP.
All travel expenses covered.
Flexibility: rotation model of 3 weeks on-site/1 week off (at home).
