Lead the identification, prioritization, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across the S2P process and procurement tool landscapeAnalyze end‑to‑end workflows, identify inefficiencies, and derive data‑based improvement actionsDrive cross‑functional collaboration and lead teams in executing improvement projectsDefine, maintain, and deploy general S2P process and system standards, ensuring documentation and training materials are up to dateAct as process steward for business as usual operations and ensure adherence to global standards across entities (focus: Europe)Serve as system expert for procurement tools, ensuring standardized, compliant, and harmonized usagePromote continuous‑improvement culture by enabling best practices, structured methodologies, and capability buildingSupport transformation and change initiatives as a process Subject Matter Expert , including fit‑gap analysis, testing preparation, and process readinessAct as SAP data responsible for Global Procurement, including SAP user creation,

qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldMin. 2 years of experience in operational procurement or business process management, ideally in medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
