WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:



Plug and Play is seeking a detail-oriented Fund Operations Manager to manage the back-office operations for our U.
S. venture capital funds. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day back-office operations, ensure seamless execution of fund workflows (accounting, audit, tax, compliance), and maintain rigorous oversight over third-party service providers for our US venture funds. The role may expand into work on compliance, fund formation, and investment deal work, depending on qualifications and abilities. Those with a legal or finance background are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Vendor Relationship & Ops Liaison: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for our third-party US fund administrator, holding them accountable to SLAs, accuracy, and reporting deadlines.
Capital Activity Oversight: Coordinate capital calls, LP drawdowns, and distribution processes between internal deal teams, LPs,
