Accountabilities
Take end-to-end ownership of new subscription products and conversion funnels,



overseeing the full lifecycle from development and launch to testing, scaling, and localisation.
Conduct comprehensive audits of existing technical infrastructure, development processes, teams, tools, and external vendor relationships, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing approved changes.
Lead and optimise development processes, including project planning, delivery management, code quality, release management, and technical standards.
Manage external development and DevOps partners by defining priorities, evaluating technical proposals and estimates, and ensuring delivery meets agreed quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
Design, develop, and continuously improve scalable and reusable platform architecture to support new product lines, subscription services, and localised customer journeys.
Lead technical decisions relating to architecture, integrations, infrastructure, databases, hosting, and development tools, balancing speed, scalability, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness.
Oversee the reliability and performance of the technology stack, including infrastructure monitoring, alerting systems, incident management, and production stability.
