Accountabilities:



Own and manage a defined segment of the Innovation and IP pipeline, overseeing initiatives from initial assessment and scoping through execution.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize innovation opportunities in line with strategic objectives and commercial priorities.
Translate scientific research, emerging technologies, and external opportunities into compelling value propositions, business cases, and development roadmaps.
Lead technology development and applied-service projects, ensuring delivery against agreed milestones, budgets, and readiness criteria.
Transform early-stage concepts into structured action plans with clear objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, and decision-making milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including scientific, technical, product, marketing, and commercial stakeholders, to advance projects towards market readiness.
Develop and maintain relationships with universities, research institutions, technology partners, consultants, and potential licensees.
