About the Role
Are you a well-connected marine sales professional with a passion for superyachts, racing yachts, and cutting-edge marine technology?
As part of the NTG Mast Group , Future Fibres and RigPro are general leaders in engineered rigging solutions, composite products, inspection programs, and specialist marine services. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to be the face of our brands across the yachting industry.
In this role, you will spend significant time on the ground in marinas, shipyards, regattas, and boat shows building strong relationships with captains, crew, yacht managers, and industry partners to drive new business and expand our global market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales: Identify, cultivate, and secure revenue opportunities across RigPro and Future Fibres products and services.



Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to captains, yacht managers, shipyards, and crew. Conduct regular site visits, attend industry events, and drive high customer satisfaction and retention.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent both brands across major yachting hubs, boat shows, and regattas to elevate brand visibility and awareness.
Commercial Execution: Prepare quotations and commercial proposals, collaborating closely with operational and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Pipeline & Market Intelligence: Maintain CRM records, provide accurate sales forecasts, and monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform commercial strategy.
