Your responsibilities will include...

- Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally in accordance with established service standards.
- Supporting waiters and supervisors in the setup, operation, and closing of restaurant, bar, or assigned outlet services.




- Ensuring orders are delivered correctly and within the established timeframes.
- Preparing, cleaning, and setting tables according to company presentation standards.
- Keeping service stations organized, clean, and fully stocked with the necessary operational materials.
- Working closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests, referring matters to the appropriate team member when necessary.
- Clearing used dishes, glassware, and utensils while maintaining cleanliness and order in work areas.
- Transporting food, beverages, equipment, and operational materials as required.
- Maintaining the company's standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Using departmental equipment, tools, and materials correctly and responsibly.
- Contributing to an exceptional guest experience by anticipating guest needs and providing attentive, friendly service.
- Reporting any operational incidents, guest feedback, or maintenance needs to the appropriate supervisor.
- Actively collaborating with other departments to ensure service excellence.
- Protecting the confidentiality of guest and company information.
- Performing any other reasonable duties related to the position as assigned by supervisors or management.





What we are looking for in you...

- Secondary Education Diploma (ESO), High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in restaurants, bars, hotels, events, or hospitality environments is considered an asset.
- Passion for customer service and service excellence.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to safely carry trays, food, and beverages.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to follow operational procedures and standards.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Valid work permit for Spain.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end restaurants.
- Knowledge of service standards in five-star hotels or international luxury brands.
- Food Handling Certificate or equivalent food safety training.
- Experience working in high-occupancy operations while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Knowledge of basic restaurant service techniques and guest service etiquette.
