Key Responsibilities

- Perform general cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling according to schedule.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, reporting maintenance needs, and assisting with simple repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to ensure all areas are maintained consistently.
- Respond to immediate cleaning needs or spills as they occur.




- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative work atmosphere.

Requirements

- Previous experience in cleaning or a general maintenance role is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and orderliness.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a responsible attitude towards work duties.
