PMR Recruitment is currently searching for an experienced Female Chef DTCA to join a 32m sailing yacht operating a busy, single-season Mediterranean charter programme.

The vessel runs with a close-knit crew of five and has a really well established team onboard. They are looking for the right person to join them throughout the winter period and continue into the upcoming summer season.

The yacht operates to exceptionally high standards, with an owner who is a real foodie and takes great pride in beautifully presented food. The vessel completed approximately 13 trips last season, the majority of which were charters, with a high number of repeat guests.

The Role

The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, professional and confident managing all aspects of the galley. During the winter,



the yacht will primarily be based in Palma, with some flexibility required. There may also be occasions when the Chef is asked to visit the owner's home to prepare meals or cater for private events.

It is important that the Chef takes pride in producing excellent food, understands the expectations of a high-end charter programme and can maintain consistently high standards throughout a busy season.

Just as importantly, they are looking for someone who is a genuine team player, gets on well with others and will fit naturally into the existing crew dynamic.
