Siegfried seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician for its El Masnou facility to ensure equipment and production installations operate safely and efficiently under GMP standards. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and systems
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, electromechanical, and instrumentation issues
- Document maintenance activities and work orders following GMP and GDP procedures
- Support production machinery operation and coordinate equipment changeovers and installations
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance

Requirements

- Advanced technical diploma or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, or automation fields
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Troubleshooting and incident resolution capability
- Teamwork, responsibility, and commitment to continuous improvement
