Johnson & Johnson seeks a VELYS Digital Surgery & Knee Restoration Business Development Specialist in eastern Spain to drive clinical adoption of robotic-assisted joint reconstruction solutions. The role combines on-site surgical support, surgeon and OR staff training, and market development activities to expand the VELYS and Attune Knee portfolio.

Responsibilities

- Serve as on-site clinical expert for VELYS robotic-assisted solutions throughout surgical procedures
- Train surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital teams on VELYS platform setup and transition to robotic-assisted procedures
- Provide troubleshooting for robotic systems and coordinate with field service to resolve technical issues




- Support commercial activities including product demonstrations and professional education for knee and robotic solutions
- Execute market development and field marketing activities to increase knee reconstruction market share

Requirements

- 3–5 years commercial experience in medical device sales or capital equipment
- 3–5 years experience in marketing or product management roles
- Joint reconstruction, knee procedures, and surgical navigation experience preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- University degree in healthcare, life science, or bioengineering
- Fluent in English
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and drive results
