This is a hands-on role with room to experiment, introduce new tools, and rethink how we work. You’ll work directly with our engineering leadership and teams across the business. Rethink how we go from an idea to working software with AI at every step. Turn repetitive engineering work into automations. Build agents and workflows for triage, code review, testing, documentation, releases, and whatever else should stop eating engineering time. Set up the connections, infrastructure, and deployment paths that let non-engineering teams create and maintain their own apps and automations. Experiment with new models, coding agents, and developer infrastructure, bring the best into Vetcove, and own the rollout so the whole team benefits.
