Overview

In this role you drive supplier quality and delivery performance to protect operations. You coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage milestones, life cycles and deliverables, and implement recovery and improvement plans. You act as the key interface to anticipate supply risks and lead improvement actions on live and future programs. You participate in cross-functional teams to shape supplier strategy and ensure compliance with aerospace standards. You will operate in a responsible, autonomous, and standards-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

- Manage contract execution and ensure On Quality On Time supplier performance
- Control supplier activities to understand overall supplier health and scope
- Implement recovery and improvement plans to meet contract quality and delivery
- Coordinate stakeholders in supplier operations management and participate in MFT/MDT
- Contribute to Sub-Commodity strategy through supplier selection and development
- Act as the main supplier interface to anticipate and mitigate supply risks and implement surveillance
- Protect customer deliveries by improving supplier delivery and quality performance




- Monitor supplier performance and lead recovery actions on live and future programs
- Manage corrective action plans to avoid re-occurrences and reduce deviations
- Verify compliance to requirements and secure supplier capability and capacity via audits/assessments
- Lead VRB and represent SCQ in forums (SED, TEB, MFT)
- Contribute to ADS Certifications & Approvals (EN9100/9110/EMAR/EASA)

Requisitos principales

- Engineering degree or related discipline
- Experience in Capacity and/or Industrial Assessment
- Autonomous working style in Supply Chain Change Management topics
- Experience in After Sales desirable
- Strong knowledge of general supplier requirements
- Good knowledge of auditing and assessing desirable
- Proficiency with Procurement IT Tools
- Experience in Quality
- Good knowledge of EMAR/EASA P21/P145
- English language skills negotiable
