In this role you will design and implement software for networking devices, focusing on routers and switches. You will work within cross-functional teams to advance BSP, control plane, and data plane capabilities and to deliver automated test solutions. You will bring network expertise to debugging, integration, and feature development, shaping how products perform in real-world networks. Responsabilidades

- Develop networking device software using C/C++ and Python
- Contribute to BSP, control plane, and data plane development
- Create automated tests for networking products with Python and Pytest
- Perform bring-up, integration, and debugging of software and hardware
- Develop and maintain networking features,



protocols, and related components
- Analyze network traffic and troubleshoot network and software issues
- Collaborate with engineering teams on development, testing, and integration activities

Requisitos principales

- Experience developing software for networking devices (routers, switches)
- Strong C/C++ and Python programming skills
- Experience with BSP, control plane, or data plane development
- Experience with automated tests using Python and Pytest
- Experience with software and hardware bring-up and integration
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, forwarding, VLANs, TCP/IP, UDP)
- Experience with networking protocols such as LACP, ECMP, ACLs, SPAN/RSPAN/ERSPAN, BGP, OSPF, RIP, IS-IS
- Experience with networking test/analysis tools like Scapy, traffic generators, and traffic analyzers
- Experience with Git/GitHub and Linux-based systems
